Defining CCPA – How Can Companies Prepare?

This month, our very own Steven O’Donnell, Head of Product Marketing for Legal Operations, had the opportunity to be featured on EM360’s “Tech Chat.” 

In the webcast, hosted by Max Kurton, Editor and Chief of Enterprise Management 360, Steven reviews the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and discusses what companies can do to prepare for the rapidly approaching January 1, 2020 deadline. He details how companies will need to consider a strategic approach to data privacy going forward as more states adopt measures of their own.

Companies that do business with residents of California need to be aware of the implications and determine their obligations to both consumers and regulators, as he explains:
