1.1 Instructor-led class at Mitratech

Substitutions may be made at any time; please notify Mitratech as soon as possible. Registrants who have been confirmed for specific training sessions may reschedule or cancel reservations without penalty up to ten (10) business days before the scheduled start date in order to avoid paying a 50% cancellation fee.

If cancellation notice is received less than 5 business days prior to the course date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the training fee.

1.2 Live WebClass

Substitutions may be made at any time; please notify Mitratech as soon as possible. Registrants who have been confirmed for specific training sessions may reschedule or cancel reservations without penalty up to two (2) business days in advance in order to avoid paying a 50% cancellation fee.

1.3 Customer-site training

Cancellation or rescheduling of customer-site training less than ten (10) business days before the scheduled start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the contracted fee.

1.4 Travel arrangements

Mitratech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class up to ten (10) business days before the scheduled start date. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled, Mitratech will notify students 10 business days prior to the scheduled class start date. However, Mitratech assumes no financial liability for any cancellation fees, including non-refundable airfare. Please keep in mind when making travel arrangements that we do not guarantee any classes and hold no financial responsibility towards cancellations. We recommend making refundable and/or flexible travel arrangements.
