The mission of Council on Litigation Management (CLM) is to further the practice of Litigation Management through:

Dedication – Dedicated to the principles and practices of litigation management.
Inclusion – Include all individuals and companies who participate in litigation and the management thereof. Encompass, promote and advocate diversity throughout the Council, our membership and member companies and firms.
Collaboration – Convergence of resources to develop uniform litigation management principles, increase awareness and further ethical standards.
Education – Provide extensive, affordable training and educational opportunities to create a better awareness and expertise of litigation and the management thereof.
Communication – Foster communication between all parties – risk managers, claims managers and adjusters, general counsel, insurance company executives, attorneys, brokers and service providers.
Identification – Identify, train and certify attorneys and law firms.

For over three decades, the International Legal Technology Association has led the way in sharing knowledge and experience for those faced with challenges in their firms and legal departments. Through delivery of educational content and peer-networking opportunities, we provide members information resources in order to make technology work for the legal profession.

Launched in 1991, InsideCounsel is the pioneering monthly magazine exclusively serving general counsel and other top in-house legal professionals. Formerly known as Corporate Legal Times, InsideCounsel is the oldest monthly magazine published specifically for in-house counsel. It has a monthly circulation of 40,000 including 22,384 chief legal officers, VPs and general counsel.

The LEDES® (Legal Electronic Data Exchange Standard) Oversight Committee (“LOC”) is an international, voluntary, not-for-profit organization comprised of legal industry representatives and is charged with creating and maintaining open standard formats for the electronic exchange of billing and other information between corporations and law firms.

OCEG is a nonprofit organization that uniquely helps organizations drive Principled Performance® by enhancing corporate culture and integrating governance, risk management, and compliance processes by providing Guidelines and Standards, Community of Practice, and Evaluation Criteria & Benchmarks.

The Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics (SCCE) is dedicated to improving the quality of corporate governance, compliance and ethics. SCCE’s roles include: facilitating the development and maintenance of compliance programs; providing a forum for understanding the complicated compliance environment; and offering tools, resources and educational opportunities for those involved with compliance.
