Mitratech named market leader in overall benefits, quality improvement

The study examined the legal matter management industry and found 31 percent of decision-makers sited “efficiency” as the top factor when purchasing legal software, followed by 29 percent who consider having a “good value” the most important.
The study was conducted in January 2012 among respondents who use legal matter management software in organizations, including: people in law firms, legal administration, assisted/General Counsel and general counsel members, as well as employed users or decision makers in choosing legal matter management software.
