Mitratech provides clients with multiple opportunities to share best practices and engage with peers. We understand that meeting with each other is one of the most valuable things that Mitratech can offer. It not only gives clients the chance to network, but also strengthens their relationships so that they can continue to work together throughout the year.
With the addition of 500 clients over the past year, Mitratech chose to host Best Practice Forums among the entire client base, similar to our previous User Group meetings. In a way, a Best Practice Forum is like a mini-Interact. While everyone may have a different product, they all have similar processes, policies, goals, challenges, struggles, and successes. Regardless of the tool used, best practices, tips and tricks, and ideas can still be shared. And what better way to become involved with the industry than to network with peers specifically in your area?
Best Practice Forums are being held across the globe in eight cities and for two specific industries. We are bringing together legal operations experts for a free half-day meeting to discuss strategies and tools that move their legal departments up the value chain. Mitratech experts from Product Management, Sales Consulting, Account Management, and Support will also be in attendance to hear where and how we can help you achieve that goal. Aside from a few updates on Mitratech’s strategy, product roadmap, and client engagement opportunities, attendees will run the show. Topics of discussion are requested and voted upon, and then the group is broken into an Unconference setting. This way, attendees are sure to discuss what is most important to them. Once the Unconference ends, the group reconvenes to share key takeaways for those who did not participate in that discussion.
