Jason Parkman – Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Jason Parkman is responsible for worldwide operations and overall strategic vision of Mitratech. Jason joined Mitratech with more than 15 years of leadership experience in legal technology, software and services businesses. Most recently, Jason served as Senior Vice President, Large Law Firm Business at Thomson Reuters Legal, where he led the Sales, Marketing, Technology Services and Operations teams within one of the legal industry’s largest and most successful businesses. Prior to leading the Large Law Firm Business, he was Vice President and General Manager of Hubbard One, where he was responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the fast growing legal marketing business. Jason has also served as co-founder and CTO of technology start-up Juritas, Inc., and Director of Technology Development at Chicago-based law firm Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott. He holds a BA in Legal Studies and Philosophy from the University of California-Santa Cruz and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Chicago.
Samuel Monti – Chief Financial Officer
Samuel Monti serves as Chief Financial Officer at Mitratech, where he leads and manages all financial, human resource and general counsel functions for the company’s global operations. Samuel has 20 years of experience in software, services, manufacturing, operations, contracts & negotiations, international finance, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, sales & marketing, audit, and general accounting. Most recently, he was director of finance for Rockwell Automation’s software business. In addition to a BS in accounting from Miami University in Ohio and an MBA from Case Western University, Samuel holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and is a CPA licensed in the state of Ohio.
Shawn Lane – Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Shawn Lane is responsible for sales and commercial operations for Mitratech. Shawn brings more than 15 years of success in a variety of leadership roles in the enterprise software market. Most recently, Shawn served as Vice President of Sales at RedPrairie, the leading supply chain and ecommerce provider. Prior to RedPrairie, he served in various leadership roles at Servigistics and i2 Technologies, including leading international sales teams, marketing, services and product management. Shawn is widely recognized as an industry expert in enterprise software with contributions in dozens of publications, and was recognized as a “Pro To Know” by Supply Chain & Logistics Magazine in 2009. Shawn has served as a featured speaker at the Paris Air Show, Defense Logistics, Interlog, ASFMI, and others. Before moving into enterprise software, he served as a new product launch manager at Procter & Gamble. Shawn holds a BS in industrial engineering from North Carolina State University.
Todd Lietha – Vice President, Product Development
As Vice President of Product Development, Todd Lietha brings over 15 years technology industry software leadership and strategic product development success to his critical role. Prior to joining Mitratech, he was Senior Director of Product Development at Epicor Software Corporation (formerly Activant Solutions). In one of his latest initiatives, Todd led the transformation of a number of products into cloud-based solutions. Prior to his career in technology, Todd was a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army. He earned the Bronze Star during Operation Desert Storm, commanded an artillery battery at Fort Hood, TX, and was an honor graduate from the Army’s Operations Research and Systems Analysis (ORSA) College in Ft. Lee, VA. Todd earned his BA in Business Administration at Michigan Technological University.
Judith Tigner – Vice President, Professional Services
Judith Tigner is Vice President of Professional Services at Mitratech, where she focuses on improving the client experience through implementation and advisory services. Judith was formerly Director of Global Consulting and Training at SirsiDynix, a supplier of enterprise automation systems to libraries, and a Vista Partners Equity company. She served in senior roles at SirsiDynix for over 20 years, 14 in management, some of that time in the UK as Director of Implementations. Judith earned her BA in English Literature at the University of Alabama, and her MA in Organizational Communication at the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
Katie Bullard – Senior Director, Strategic Programs
As Director of Strategic Programs, Katie is responsible for the implementation of best practices and strategic cross-functional initiatives across Mitratech, including strategic planning, client outreach programs, corporate training, and recruiting. Prior to joining Mitratech, she served as Marketing Director at Accruent, a leading enterprise software company specializing in real estate and facilities software for retailers, corporations, and educational institutions, and a Vista Equity Partners company. She has also held positions as Chief of Staff and Leader of Strategy at Hoover’s, a D&B company, and as Budget Director for the City of Charlottesville, VA. Katie holds both a BA and MA in Urban Planning from the University of Virginia.
