As Chief Executive Officer, Jason leads a talented management team to drive growth and innovation for Mitratech and its clients. Jason joined Mitratech in 2012, and has more than 15 years of experience leading legal technology, software and services businesses. In the three years since Jason joined Mitratech, his team has produced the strongest years of growth and client success in the business’s 27 year history. Prior to Mitratech, Jason served as Senior Vice President, Large Law Firm Business at Thomson Reuters, General Manager of Hubbard One, a fast-growing legal software business, founder and CTO of Juritas, an innovative online legal document business, and Director of Technology Development at litigation powerhouse Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott.
Jason is originally from Los Angeles, and received his Bachelor’s Degrees in legal studies and philosophy from the University of California-Santa Cruz. He received his MA in philosophy from the University of Chicago. Today, Jason lives with his wife, Jennifer, and his two children in Austin, TX.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Mitratech, Samuel Monti leads and manages all financial, human resource, customer operations, and general counsel functions for the company’s global operations. Samuel has 20 years of experience in software, services, manufacturing, operations, contracts & negotiations, international finance, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, sales & marketing, audit, and general accounting.
Most recently, he was director of finance for Rockwell Automation’s software business. In addition to a BS in accounting from Miami University in Ohio and an MBA from Case Western University, Samuel holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and is a CPA licensed in the state of Ohio. Today, Sam lives with his wife, Lisa, and their two children in Austin, TX.
CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
As Chief Growth Officer, Chris focuses on both near- and long-term growth opportunities with direct responsibilities for Marketing, Partnerships, Corporate Development, and Product Management.
Chris has more than 15 years of experience in driving growth and managing operations across a variety of web technology business and industries, specializing in business strategy, product management, marketing, sales, business development, and industry thought leadership.
Prior to Mitratech, Chris was managing director of product management with Vista Consulting Group. Chris received his Bachelor’s Degree in finance from Indiana University and is certified in Pragmatic Marketing. He is a member of the Legal Marketing Association and the International Legal Technology Association. Today, Chris lives with his wife, Stacey, and their two children in Chicago, IL.
VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT TECHNICAL OPERATIONS
As Vice President of Client Technical Operations, Nagendra Donepudi is responsible for improving Mitratech’s client-facing technical operations and ensures that the clients’ technical needs are met and exceeded. Since starting with Mitratech in 2004, he worked in various strategic roles within the company and was instrumental with successfully implementing TeamConnect at various Fortune 500 companies across different industry verticals.
Prior to joining Mitratech, he worked as a Technology Consultant for Liberty Mutual Insurance. Nagendra holds a Master of Science in computer science and engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas. Originally from India, Nagendra currently lives in Austin with his wife Jaya and their 2 children.
VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
As Vice President of Product Management, Lance Ellisor is responsible for understanding the needs of our clients and market, to chart our strategic vision, and to work with engineering every day to actually deliver on that vision.
Prior to Mitratech, Lance served as VP of Product & Marketing for a Sydney-based consumer startup addressing the digital book market. Previous roles include Director of Product & Marketing at LibreDigital, a leader in publisher services in digital books & magazines, and Director of Product Management at Fiserv. He’s been part of a bridge team for two acquisitions, at two different companies.
Lance holds a BA in political philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin. He lives in southwest Austin, and has three school-aged kids (11-16).
GLOBAL HEAD OF SALES
As Vice President of Enterprise Sales & Account Management, Rob Patrick is responsible for commercial sales operations and client retention for Mitratech. Rob has been with Mitratech since 2011, and brings more than 15 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles in the enterprise software and technology industry.
Prior to joining Mitratech, he served in sales leadership role with LexisNexis. Rob holds a BA in management and economics from James Madison University, and a MBA from Drexel University. Originally from the Washington, DC area, Rob currently lives with his wife, Melanie, in Austin, TX.
VICE PRESIDENT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
As Vice President of Professional Services at Mitratech, Judith Tigner focuses on improving the client experience through implementation and advisory services. Judith was formerly Director of Global Consulting and Training at SirsiDynix, a supplier of enterprise automation systems to libraries, and a Vista Partners Equity company.
She served in senior roles at SirsiDynix for over 20 years, 14 in management, some of that time in the UK as Director of Implementations. Judith earned her BA in English literature at the University of Alabama, and her MA in organizational communication at the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Today, Judith and her husband Harley live in Austin, TX.
SENIOR DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC PROGRAMS
As Senior Director of Strategic Programs, Bret drives a portfolio of cross-functional strategic initiatives across Mitratech’s global operations.
Prior to joining Mitratech, Bret was a managing director at Brazos Resources, an Austin investment firm with diverse holdings including technology, energy and real estate. Prior to that, Bret served as an official at the U.S. Department of Energy and Export-Import Bank of the United States, where he advised the White House, federal agencies and foreign governments on a variety of energy- and trade-related topics. He previously held strategy consulting roles at Bridge Strategy Group and Deloitte and was a Vice President of Washington Mutual.
Bret holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree from Emory University. He is currently the Board Chair of American Youthworks and serves on the regional board of the Anti-Defamation League.
