Mitratech is led by a proven team of enterprise software veterans with deep expertise in process applications, data management and supporting infrastructure.
Eric Thurston – President
As President, Eric Thurston is responsible for worldwide operations and overall strategic vision of Mitratech. Eric has more than 20 years of software industry experience, leading business development, operations, and sales and marketing organizations. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Operations at P2 Energy Solutions, a Vista Equity Partners company that provides a comprehensive range of software, data and services to oil and gas industries. While at P2, Eric architected a market-centric transformation focused on delivering value to customers. Prior to P2, Eric has held senior roles with enterprise software organizations such as SAP, J.D. Edwards and Oracle. Eric holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, and MBA from University of Utah.
Tricia Benedix – Chief Financial Officer
Tricia Benedix serves as Chief Financial Officer of Mitratech. Tricia leads and manages all financial, human resource and information technology functions for Mitratech operations globally. Her experience is specializing in finance and accounting for technology companies, including Finance Director for Sunquest Information Systems, Inc., a leading provider of laboratory software, and a Vista Equity Partners company. Prior to Sunquest, Tricia held financial roles in several business units with Misys Healthcare Systems, now part of Allscripts. She earned her BS in Finance from Bentley University.
Rachel Arnold – Senior Vice President, Products & Marketing
Rachel Arnold is Senior Vice President, Products & Marketing at Mitratech, and is responsible for leading innovation and driving product and market strategy. In this role, she oversees the Product Development, Product Management and Marketing teams within Mitratech. Prior to her current role, Rachel was Vice President of Product Management and Strategy at MicroEdge, the leader in providing software and services to the giving community, and a Vista Equity Partners company. She has held several senior leadership roles at Interbrand and Business Objects (formerly SRC Software), and in the investment community with such well-respected names as Pacific Crest Securities and Morgan Stanley. Rachel holds a BS in International Business from Linfield College.
Katie Bullard – Director of Strategic Programs
As Director of Strategic Programs, Katie is responsible for the implementation of best practices and strategic cross-functional initiatives across Mitratech, including strategic planning, client outreach programs, corporate training, and recruiting. Prior to joining Mitratech, she served as Marketing Director at Accruent, a leading enterprise software company specializing in real estate and facilities software for retailers, corporations, and educational institutions, and a Vista Equity Partners company. She has also held positions as Chief of Staff and Leader of Strategy at Hoover’s, a D&B company, and as Budget Director for the City of Charlottesville, VA. Katie holds both a BA and MA in Urban Planning from the University of Virginia.
Ralph Carter – Senior Vice President, Client Operations
As Senior Vice President of Client Operations, Ralph Carter oversees Sales, Professional Services and Client Support. A proven executive with broad experience in the operations of software organizations, Ralph most recently served as the President of Rockwell Software. Prior to Rockwell, he was the CEO of Pavilion Technologies and COO of Datastream Systems. At Pavilion, he oversaw the growth and market expansion of Pavilion software through its ValueFirst™ program highlighting customer service, proactive product development and strategic partnerships aimed at driving overall client value. He received his BS in Chemical Engineering at the University of Maine. In 2009, he was the Francis Crowe Distinguished Award recipient at the University, recognized for his professional achievements as an engineering alumnus.
Todd Lietha – Vice President, Product Development
As Vice President of Product Development, Todd Lietha brings over 15 years technology industry software leadership and strategic product development success to his critical role. Prior to joining Mitratech, he was Senior Director of Product Development at Epicor Software Corporation (formerly Activant Solutions). In one of his latest initiatives, Todd led the transformation of a number of products into cloud-based solutions. Prior to his career in technology, Todd was a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army. He earned the Bronze Star during Operation Desert Storm, commanded an artillery battery at Fort Hood, TX, and was an honor graduate from the Army’s Operations Research and Systems Analysis (ORSA) College in Ft. Lee, VA. Todd earned his BA in Business Administration at Michigan Technological University.
Judith Tigner – Vice President, Professional Services
Judith Tigner is Vice President of Professional Services at Mitratech, where she focuses on improving the client experience through implementation and advisory services. Judith was formerly Director of Global Consulting and Training at SirsiDynix, a supplier of enterprise automation systems to libraries, and a Vista Partners Equity company. She served in senior roles at SirsiDynix for over 20 years, 14 in management, some of that time in the UK as Director of Implementations. Judith earned her BA in English Literature at the University of Alabama, and her MA in Organizational Communication at the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
